I am so, so sorry for those of you who keep up with our family on here...We have been MIA. Yes, my job has taken over my life. Thankfully, I am loving it, but it is definitely a 7-6 job. I get to work at 7 and get home between 6 and 6:30. I keep hearing that it will slow down and I am looking forward to that day. Matthew and I finally have a GREAT appreciation for teachers. I am thankful to have a husband who is what he calls "a single parent!"
I won't bore you with too much talk, but here is a quick run down of what has happened since I last blogged:
- I prepared for the first day of school
- I arrived for the first day of school and blacked out, basically in my principal's arms, in front of my class
- I was in the hospital for a week
- I decided to return to school for the second week... made it two whole hours and blacked out while talking to my principal, in front of my class, again!
- Had a million tests run over a period of two weeks, two ambulance rides to the hospital, discovered I have PVC's (which we knew), started a medicine, ended a medicine, and NOW am finally OFF medicine and back at school. I have been standing for seven weeks now! :)
- David started school again... we love it much more this year. He brings home his school projects and we have a "David's School Projects" wall. (I will upload a pic later)
- I have 30, yes 30 fourth graders in my class... and love them all!
- I have made some wonderful friendships at my job
- David is growing up before my eyes!
- My sister's belly is growing, growing, growing! She is due Jan. 11 and will be in her new house by the end of this month!
- MEREDITH'S PREGNANT!! :) She is due in April!

Wow, you have been busy! I hope the late hours do slow down. It's hard being away from sweet babies! Glad to see an update!
Jess, I am so glad you are doing better! That must've been terrible (and scary)! I was so excited to see an update~ try not to work too hard in the future so you can indulge all of us blog-lovers :) Alex looks fantastic and I know you are excited for David to have a cousin on the way! Take care of yourself and that precious angel baby!
Hey! I miss you guys! I am so sorry you have been so sick! I know that is so hard when you have alot going on and a baby! Happy to see you are feeling better. Alex looks gorgeous pregnant. You know I LOVE me some preggie bellies :) David just gets cuter and cuter. I swear that kid should be a baby model. So precious!
I had no idea about the hospital visits! So glad you are feeling better now. I thought about you on your birthday, I hope it was a great one! David is so cute!
