David, Shot, Me and "The BOB"

About two weeks ago, I started working out again. I have to get into a bridesmaids dress for my brothers wedding in two weeks! I have to get rid of this bulge on my gut. Anyone have any magical potions for getting rid of it?? I went two weeks ago with Mandie and she basically killed me. She is not only my best friend, but she is also a nutritionist and a dietition. Lucky me! I met her at Wynlakes and she showed me what to do to get this body back in shape...it was great, but I couldn't walk the next day and my chest hurt so bad that it was hard to pick up David.

Well, that was my start. I can't say that I have been doing it like I should, but I have been doing, at least something, everyday. Lucky for me, I have another great friend, Kellie Clements, who let me borrow her "BOB" stroller. David loves it!!

This weekend, my sister is at the beach for Alexia's (future sister-in-law) bachelorette party and Matthew and my dad are in Biloxi for my brother's bachelor party. So, mom, David, Lou, Shot, Coean (my sister's dog), and I came up to the lake for the weekend. This morning David and I woke up around 6 a.m. We ate breakfast and then got dressed for our morning walk/run. I put some sunscreen on David's arms and legs, put the leash on Shot and headed out. It was amazing. Not the walk, but the view. I just walked and stared in awe of how amazing the world around me was. I don't see how you can look around and not believe that God exists. The sun was rising, the temp. was about 70 degrees, there was an amazing breeze, the lake was on both sides of me, the birds were singing to each other, and I had my dog and my son with me. What more could I ask for?? I guess you could say my husband, but that wasn't an option today. :)

I'll have to post a picture of David in the BOB, but I'll have to do that tomorrow.
